❌ Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted
🎨 Custom Orders
All belts are fully customized based on your design.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
✅ Pre-Shipping Approval
Before shipping your belt:
- We will send photos and/or videos for your confirmation
- Once approved, the item will be shipped and considered final
📦 Returns (Damaged Items Only)
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended to support your claim
🔁 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- The item must be securely packaged and returned to us
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is processed immediately
